Preparation
It would make a very big difference if you were to make time for this in your life to say it at least once a week for a few weeks or more, to see how it can actually feel and move you to inspiration. Then you can choose a few of the verses accordingly, as time and work allows.
It is not meant to replace other meditations, but to be used to collectively bring in a new paradigm that answers the current need of development of humanity and offers a better awareness of our impact to everyone and everything on this planet.
Thank yourself for taking the time to meditate, to quicken your development within. We also thank you for sharing it as it is provided freely to help all humanity.
Please place one hand on your heart chakra in the centre of your chest, and breathe 3 deep slow conscious breaths to become more mindfully present …you are now in True Heart mode with your mind and heart more firmly connected. Placing our hand in this way will help us toward True Heart mode, a mind and heart connection that more easily transports us for our highest state of being. It is a truly mindful connection bringing many other benefits.
If you are stressed or dealing with major issues of life, reciting the Buddhist Mantra “Nam Meo-Ho, Renge Kio” three times or more may help relieve your mind and calm you before proceeding with LHaMP.
You may also begin with the Om mantra or another one of your choice. It can be said aloud, softly or quietly in one’s mind. This helps us to comfortably enter a deeper state of consciousness. After a minute or so, begin the LHaMP meditation.
