This is a meditation that encompasses living with oneself, everyone and everything. By shining light on the path for what we see as an evolving humanity, we hope it will help provide a leap of consciousness in the direction we all need to head together. LHaMP urges us to look within and without. The words in the meditation are few and on the surface may not seem to capture our purpose and all that relates to this grand realm, but upon reflection, we hope they will encompass a fundamental shift to a better life for us all.
Many people wonder and doubt how we, as a species, are going to survive the next several decades with all the issues facing us that are threatening our civilization.
We need a paradigm shift. LHaMP can help bring about that shift. There is hope through harmony.
We collectively and immediately need to address these many pressing issues, be they personal, communal, scientific and technological, to make immediate progress for everyone in our collective society. We have to focus upon creating a harmonious and onward evolving civilization. If we delay, we risk losing our ability to survive. LHaMP came to us as the answer from asking many many deep questions on all issues of life.
This is essentially a channeled work, over three decades, through automatic writing by one of the authors. This was done by psychically asking for direction in life, while “lending one’s writing hand to an angel entity” to physically communicate. It has been evolving since the channeling of its seed in 1996. Apart from a heightened state of consciousness download received by the author Zahir, automatic writing also was a way to verify information.
Automatic writing provided the seeds relating to the values and principles used by the authors to create LHaMP. It was not dictated word for word by the angels. An automatic writing answer example being “There is no Satan” from a question “Is there Satan?.” From this a lot of understanding is to be had such as “there is no hell and there are no evil beings only souls affected by their upbringing as human beings, and that fear being used as power by opportunistic beings was for seeking control.” From knowing there is no satan or hell, we realize all souls are intrinsically loving and compassionate, unless their negative life circumstances cause them to do evil acts and hurt others as youngsters or adults. Reincarnations being another question; “Is there reincarnation?” with the automatic answer “Yes.” By confirming reincarnation, it means a very different perspective on life, in that we live much much longer (in lifetimes) in this challenging physical realm than realized. Our future lives build upon each other spiritually, for us to evolve as souls. We also seek to reincarnate because this realm is a physical paradise together with consequences as feedback. Our incredible senses allow for enjoyment of this realm, possible only as physical beings. The consequences relate to learning as we live.
As this author had had a difficult marriage and a turbulent life with many, many questions, he mostly asked all his questions in a way that 50% of the answers were in the yes or no response, unless Ovid, the responding angel contact, wanted to express more. More could be realized if he asked rather than expect topics for Ovid to share. The main and common issue is harmony or lack of it in life, after much in-depth reflection on his new understanding. Understanding harmony as it relates to life in this physical realm is the focal point of enjoying a better life. How we achieve it is the basis of the LHaMP meditation.
The other author, Debra, who recently passed away, (May her soul RIP) was also a psychic, asking angels for guidance in helping others with directions in coping with life issues. Both the authors try to practice all aspects of the message, including being vegans with health supplements at home and vegetarians when visiting with family and friends, but are themselves inconsequential, as the message is the gift to living an evolving life.
LHaMP being a channeled work also means it does not contain references to other living beings or sources. It is entirely born from the spiritually channeled experience including self realization and both authors contributed efforts from their life experiences to comprehend its message clearly, so it may be communicated with the purpose for living better and evolved lives in this physical realm. In realizing that we are spiritual beings, we need a set of collective values and principles, amongst others for a just and evolving society, that reflect our purpose as spiritual entities. This meditation presentation is gratis, as the knowledge was divinely inspired.
LHaMP Meditation is self-explanatory, taking about 30 minutes to read. It can be followed by silent meditation to allow for reflection and introspection. Once you are familiar with this complete version, you need only to pick a few verses at a time, especially when time is limited. We recommend using the full version at least once a week, to fully immerse yourself and get the total benefit.
When born and bred in this realm, we adopt ways that are rooted mainly in a survival mode, rather than a spiritually based life leading to a blissful state. This is due to following preconceived ideas passed down to us or from lack of understanding on what our reasons are in physically being here on this planet. There is definitely a purpose to being in this realm, because we are souls in training, through the process of reincarnation.
LHaMP is offered to view life in such a way by truly grasping this beautiful yet challenging physical realm so as to be living in harmony with it peacefully, rather than fearing or fighting, or even being frustrated and stressed about it. There is a better way to view and truly enjoy this physical lifetime gift. Harmony is the real basis in surviving our way through it!
For atheists and agnostics: the reason LHaMP centres upon an unimaginable Creator of All Realms, is because that was the explicit message received when channeling. These realms are of intelligent and thought provoking design, as most spiritually evolved beings come to realize after deep and maturing reflection in their lives. Mentioning this is required, as the following paragraph delves into the life beyond. We ask everyone to keep an open and receptive mind as we begin to reframe our existential purpose.
As a channeled work, LHaMP relates to experiencing information received from the spiritual realm with a hierarchy of energies within it. It means this other realm exists alongside ours, with an unimaginable and super entity best imagined as an intelligent divine energy force that exists at the top of its hierarchy. That is how The Creator is best reframed, rather than an entity that we seem to be obsessed with and that religious leaders may wish to portray. There were most certainly prophets and messengers sent to us, in our image, however The Creator will only be perfectly understood as more than the entity portrayed in our mind, should we in the far future aspire into the higher angel realm. The regular angel sources confirmed that The Creator was definitely known but seldom encountered. We can have deep harmonious love relationships, especially with a soulmate, when we are in the physical realm. However, upon all our relationships, we all aspire to connect with our Creator, from the deepest harmonious spiritual love bond that exists eternally.
This same divine force created the physical realm for humanity’s and many other terrestrial being’s evolution, as we are all spiritual energy entities or souls. This knowledge was received through channeling, specifically through the act of automatic writing as already mentioned. It is a process of communicating in total humility and respect and then relying on benevolent angels to impart knowledge of both the spiritual and physical realms coexisting. Angels and guides help us through eternal love by our Creator for every soul created. We are cautioned to not use channeling by some religions, but in reality it is a communicative link available to those who are humble and seek spiritual connection. However, it is not necessary to channel, as The Creator has offered us the principles and values through Divine Guidance, to lead better lives through all the major religions.
It is no secret that religions have been manipulated by humanity through opportunists. All religions are similar in principles and values, except where manipulated by man for power or profit. LHaMP contains many of the principles and values that promote harmony. Understanding The Creator as a benevolent divine force and not a vengeful entity in our image, is of huge importance to living our precious lives harmoniously, constructively and joyfully.
Keeping an open mind is always wise for non-believers and believers. We can have a personal relationship to the spiritual realm without needing another human intermediary. Connecting with The Creator doesn’t necessarily mean we need an intermediary. However, the prophets and messengers were sent earlier to guide humanity for good reason, especially due to prevalent barbaric practices. It is also worth mentioning that our physical realm, including our lives, are totally transparent to those in the spiritual realm. All our thoughts and actions are open to view by angels.
Our consciousness has the power to connect with others. Some of us may use the example of the quantum entanglement connection, where our consciousness can communicate with others. However, we are of absolute energy, whereas quantum energy is still in the domain of relative physical energy. Absolute Energy is of the spiritual realm. It is forever. We ARE forever.
We can connect with compassionate Absolute Soul Energy beings, namely angels residing in the spiritual realm, by spoken word or telepathically, if we follow a protocol to do so with humility and integrity.
Hoping that every individual does experience both realms is a wish and a prayer by both authors, having themselves experienced them. May this meditation shed welcomed light on most aspects of human life and interactions in this realm that require our attention, to achieve the highest level of harmony we can achieve, and by doing so, reap the sharing of the myriad of fruits of this new paradigm.
